Comprises a manual circular sample cutter with 4 equally spaced blades around a circumference of 4.442 inches (113 mm), producing a circular sample, of exactly 100 sq cm area (1/100 sq meter) with one quarter turn of the spring-loaded knob
Also provided with the Euro fabric yield system is a portable electronic balance with a capacity of 210 grams with a precision of 0.01 grams, complete with integral draft shield. The balance is programmed to read in grams/square meter or ounces/square yard.
