KFG-2048

The KFG-2048 Test Unit has been developed to allow a wide range of tests to be carried out, where accurately controlled dry heat conditions are required on the surfaces of two flat heater plates. Independent control of the top and bottom plate temperature is easily achieved and the compact ‘desk top’ design allows fast warm up and stabilization of the plate temperature. The top plate hinge is designed in such a way to accommodate samples of different thickness and will remain level when closed.

The Contact Heat Range of test apparatus is available in single head (M1) and multi-head versions (M2, M3). The M1 version has a plate size of 210mm x 210mm to accommodate both the Marks and Spencer Thermal Stability (P10) and Color Fastness to Hot Pressing EN ISO 105-X 11 tests.

Range of Tests
  • Sublimation Testing of Dyestuffs on Textiles
  • Transfer Printing onto Textiles
  • Fabric Stability Test (M&S Method of Test P10 – Model M1 only)
