Mass & Weight Based Measurement Products

There are many forms of mass & weight based measurement products, the two most common of which are scales and balances. A balance is different from a scale, in that a balance measures mass, whereas a scale measures weight. This distinction is why balances are generally used for more precise measurements, while scales are generally applied in a heavier capacity application. Weighing scales are used in nearly every industrial industry, as products from plastic pellets to loaded tractor-trailers are sold by weight.
