In 2007 J.A. King & Company’s Integrated Solutions Division implemented a robust & accurate part counting system for the Dialight Corporation. Precise counts are made by the scale system using two different bases and reported with a custom barcode labeling.

Technical Parts Counting System Summary:

• Counts parts within bulk boxes, based upon high-resolution piece weight
• Handheld barcode scanner to provide fast & accurate product information
• Offer maximum input flexibility with (full-size) QWERTY keyboard
• Produce box label including PO#, Operator, Quantity, Part ID, Date and weight
