In 2009 J.A. King & Company’s Integrated Solutions Division worked with Dentsply Endontics to develop a vision-based quality process in their production.  The resulting digital imaging system allowed them to make 5 different measurements in less time that it took them to make one using their previous methods.

• Custom programming through the digital imaging system ensured ALL operator measurements were made in compliance with the customer’s Quality System
• SQL Server database allowed multi-user access & unsurpassed traceability
