We have an incredibly broad scope of services accredited to ISO 17025 through A2LA. What we don't do in-house we will manage for you through an accredited source. Our capabilities include:

1 piece or 10,000: Whether it’s one caliper or all the measurement equipment in your facility, our calibration, repair and metrology services are customized to your equipment list. We offer the best equipment management to reduce your costs. Broad Scope: We take care of scale work, gages or process instrumentation. We have one of the broadest scopes in the southeast.		24/7 Emergency Service On-line Access to Equipment Inventory Reports, Certificates of Calibration and Calibration Recall Reports Pick-up & Delivery, On-site or Ship-in Service. Standard Turnaround Time of One Week with “First-on-Bench” Expedited Service Available.

				Silver Crown Service:
			This plan includes regularly scheduled calibration and preventive maintenance including cleaning, adjustments and NIST traceable pass/fail certificates of calibration.

Working with In-House Calibration Labs: We work very closely with our customers who have their own calibration and metrology labs. When your workload goes beyond your capacity, we can help by calibrating and repairing equipment that is beyond your scope.We offer:
				Gold Crown Service:
			This is J.A. King & Company’s Service plan to meet your specific quality program: ISO17025, QS9000 and/or TS16949. The Gold Crown Service includes all Silver Crown Services plus, certificates of calibration / traceability, with “as found” and “as left” data. Uncertainties are available when required.
Regularly scheduled pick-up and deliveries. Import/Export of calibration data to and from many standard calibration tacking software systems.
Complete Outsourcing: We will manage all of your equipment. We have years of experience taking on complete responsibility of our customers’ equipment from 50 items to over 10,000 items. Our customers experience a significant reduction in overall costs. We gladly provide references.
